If You Didn't Receive Your Digital Product
If the file does not arrive within 10 minutes:
1. Please check your spam/junk folder.
2. Make sure the email address you entered during checkout is correct.
3. Contact us at templatefactory14@gmail.com with your order number, and we will deliver your files manually.
